We design a personalized plan and help clients execute it by safely navigating their financial journey and having meaningful adventures along the way. The firm provides comprehensive, fee-based financial planning, fee-based investment advisory solutions, education funding strategies, holistic wealth management, retirement planning and risk management. This role will report directly to our Director of Investments.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure accurate preparation of necessary paperwork to implement recommendations
  • Process and track all new accounts
  • Coordinate execution of trades for brokerage and advisory accounts, and proactively manage asset movement
  • Monitor trades and verify funds
  • Implement initial and subsequent asset allocation trades
  • Participate in client meetings for financial or investment plan implementation when appropriate
  • Track potential rollover opportunities
  • Construct comprehensive financial plans and investment proposals with the planning team for client meetings
  • Preparing client review materials and assisting with investment audits for review meetings
  • Run and analyze performance reports in Envestnet, Morningstar, NMCIR, NetX360, etc.
  • Ability to provide high-quality client service and a concierge client experience
  • Optimize growth in both risk management and advisory wealth management businesses
  • Ensure NMIS and NMWMC compliance requirements are implemented and followed
  • Handle all incoming client service requests regarding their plan and accounts
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of investments/financial experience
  • Securities (6 & 63) and life & health insurance licenses
  • Series 7 license preferred
  • History of clean compliance record
