JOB SUMMARY: This position serves as a member of the enrollment management team and incorporates a full range of students, focused on undergraduate admissions recruitment responsibilities including personalized contact and engagement with prospective students and families, building relationships with college counselors and local community leaders, presenting on Associate and Bachelor programs at the university as well as the admissions steps. Assisting with follow-up communication for inquiries and prospective students to inform them on how to apply to the university. Engagement with applicants and newly admitted students, evaluation of applications for admissions, and helping students finalize their next steps to enrollment. Admissions Counselors are territory managers and expected to grow networking opportunities and UST brand recognition in the recruitment territories.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: (other duties may be assigned)
- Represent the University at off or on campus admissions- related programs and
