Pinnacle is looking for an energetic and qualified individual to join our firm. The Office Coordinator will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office.

Work Environment: This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets, digital cameras.
Physical Demands ( The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job). Standing/walking is required along with the ability to lift/move up to 30lbs. The employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time as well. Normal vision (with or without corrective lenses) is required for this position.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time in office position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Travel: local travel to warehouse and vendor sites as required.

Essential Job Duties:
- Reception Area - Act as the professional first point of contact at reception including greeting clients/vendors and answering phone calls.
- Manage the overall general office operations.
- Manage contracts for facility items such as repair & maintenance of office and warehouse, office equipment, security system, keys, etc. Meet
contractors/staff at the warehouse for maintenance etc.
- Distributes daily internal/external mail and packages. Includes dropping packages/mail at post office, Fed-Ex and UPS.
- Assists in development and implementation of company systems and procedures.
- Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
- Manage company office and cell phones contracts and distribution.
- Manage fleet vehicles including updating enterprise site with additions, deletions, mileage, gas cards, maintenance, insurance cards, including dropping off and picking up vehicles for routine maintenance.
- Manage all contracts for corporate travel and book employee travel as needed.
- Organize orientation and training of new employees; Mailbox/Copier set up, coordinate computer on-boarding set up/off-boarding, cell phone set up with Verizon, order name plates.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as requested.
- Coordinate office social events
- Run local errands as needed
- Executive Support - Work with leadership team to draft client correspondence and documentation and internal communications as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree in office administration or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of office management/receptionist experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Valid driver's license
