Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support for MES applications.
Monitor system performance and perform maintenance tasks.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Develop and deliver training programs, maintain documentation.
Collaborate with IT, manufacturing, and QA teams for system improvements.
Ensure data accuracy and generate performance reports.
Support MES-related projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
Skills Required:
10+ years of IT support experience in MES or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware issues; database management (SQL).
Knowledge of networking principles and system administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork.
