Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Accountant to join our Sales industry team. As a Permanent Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the financial aspects of our sales operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare financial reports and statements, providing financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure that all insurance requirements are met, including maintaining appropriate levels of coverage and managing claims.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate projections.
- Provide guidance and support to other members of the accounting team, ensuring that all accounting processes are efficient and effective.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including tax filings and other reporting obligations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the sales industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of insurance requirements and claims management.
