Director - Human Resources

Position Description:

To ensure effective management of the organization's Human Resources, including but not limited to, organization planning, selection, manpower planning and placement, utilization, training and development, recognition, retention, and employee relations matters. Provide counsel on human resources matters to ensure compliance with the organization's policies and procedures and federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
2. Master's degree preferred.
3. National Certification in area is preferred.
4. A minimum of 10 years of personnel experience, five of which is preferred to have been at administrative or management level.
5. Some prior hospital experience is preferred.
