As a Night Auditor you will be responsible for providing exceptional services to our guests, balancing charges, maintaining files and resetting the system for the next day's operations.

What will you be doing?
- Perform front desk responsibilities to include greeting guests, performing guest transactions, answering the telephone, processing individual reservations, balancing credit card and cash transactions, and taking accurate messages for guests and management.
- Perform data entry and guest transactions on front desk computer system, utilizing hotel PMS (Property Management System).
- Provide quality service for guests in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.
- Take ownership of guest complaints and provides prompt solutions within scope of authority.
- Monitor front desk areas for safety, security, and appearance and reports any injuries, accidents or problems as necessary.
- Work with housekeeping and maintenance departments to assess room status for cleanliness, maintenance and any repair work.
- Responsible for accurate cash control to include keeping cash drawer and ensuring that all funds are accounted for and deposits made according to policy. • Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability and willingness to work the overnight, 3rd shift
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous Night Audit experience is preferred
- Overnight and Weekend availability is required
- Ability to understand, follow, and effectively communicate both written & verbally in English.
- Thorough understanding of basic math and accounting skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions with little supervision and to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
