Our corporate office is in need of a post closer to assist with our high-volume closing team.
A Post Closer's primary responsibility is to meticulously review and ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation and paperwork related to real estate transactions following the closing process. Attention to detail and commitment to compliance will play a crucial role in finalizing real estate transactions and ensuring that all necessary documents are in order.
Qualifications/Core Competencies:
Experience:

  • Previous experience in real estate transactions, title companies, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the entire real estate closing process is beneficial.
Technical Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for document management and verification.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.

  • File Management/Organization: Effective organization of documents and paperwork for easy retrieval.

  • Timely Completion: Manage multiple transactions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Reporting: Generate reports on post-closing activities.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion.
