As the Director of Technology Solutions, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of IT initiatives that are vital to our business operations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Act as a strategic partner to business and functional leaders, identifying and delivering sophisticated technological solutions.
  2. Lead large-scale projects and innovations related to CRM implementation, driving the strategy and operational procedures.
  3. Foster relationships with VPs, AVPs, and Directors, enhancing collaboration, information sharing, and strategic alignment.
  4. Define and implement a robust CRM strategy, aligned with business objectives, encompassing design, data integration, customization, and rollout.
  5. Enhance customer understanding and develop tailored solutions to meet diverse needs.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and internal team dynamics to ensure the effective functioning of CRM systems.
  7. Oversee data analytics and reporting, utilizing insights to drive decisions across the business.
  8. Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure Humana leads with best practices in CRM technologies.
  9. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience relative to the role
  2. 8+ years of technical experience
  3. 5+ years of management experience
  4. Proven expertise in operations, technology, and process optimization
  5. 10+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement efforts, evaluating existing systems and implementing process improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master's Degree
  2. Salesforce certifications
  3. Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $153,500 - $211,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
