**Job Description:**
- Cross-training opportunities into Radiology or MRI.
- Handle 5-30 scans/studies per day on day shift and 2-12 per day on night shift.
- Use Meditech for EMR and PACS.
- Operate department-specific equipment including Siemens CT and X-ray, Philips MRI (transitioning to Siemens in 2024), Digirad NM, Philips Ultrasound, and Bracco power injector.
- Participate in 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with block scheduling and team input.
- Engage in rotational weekend and holiday requirements.
- Attend 1-2 shifts of department-specific orientation.
- Work in a critical access hospital offering 24/7 CT and X-ray services with no on-call requirements, except in cases of illness or short staffing.
- Require flexibility and the ability to adapt rapidly between fast-paced and slow conditions.
- Accept and efficiently manage add-on outpatient exams, maintaining a positive demeanor and strong collaboration with providers and patients.
- Maintain compliance with a 50-mile radius rule for employment and ensure candidates are not employed in various associated facilities.
- Initial request for time off needed upfront; additional time off will not be approved within the contract period.
- Evacuate shift notes requiring availability from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM and on-call from 12:30 AM to 6:00 AM nightly.
