• Identify Business Process Pain Points : Analyze current workflows and leverage leading enterprise tools to automate, reengineer, and optimize business processes.
• Deliver Timely Solutions : Work within tight deadlines to ensure deliverables are met, collaborating with a small, cross-functional team to achieve goals.
• Organizational Expertise : Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring high attention to detail while balancing workloads.
• Adaptability and Growth : Show flexibility and a drive to contribute to a growing operation, adjusting to shifting priorities and challenges.
• Effective Communication : Translate technical information, including specifications, errors, and business logic, clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with Entity Relationship Diagrams and database design principles.
• Development Exposure : Experience or exposure to modern software development languages such as JavaScript, .NET/C#, Python, etc.

• Platform Expertise : Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and O365.

• Preferred : Degree in a computer-related field or a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Microsoft-focused technical environment.
