Elite Sourcing LLC is on the lookout for an Audit Senior to join their client's dynamic and collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to professional standards and guidelines. You will work with a variety of clients across different industry sectors, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve control processes and financial reporting.
As an Audit Senior, you will utilize your expertise to foster client relationships, manage project timelines effectively, and mentor junior staff. A successful candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong analytical skills, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize audit engagements while managing risks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with established accounting standards.
Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders promptly and effectively.
Supervise, train, and mentor junior audit staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of changes in audit regulations and industry best practices.
Assist in the development of audit strategies and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of auditing experience, preferably in public accounting.
CPA certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
Thorough understanding of auditing standards, regulations, and procedures.
Proficient in using audit software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
