We are currently expanding our team in Pure Barre and seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. POSITION:
The Sales Manager drives all aspects of studio sales to support strong active studio membership. The Sales Manager is responsible for bringing new prospects to the studios, building relationships, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Manager also assists with retaining and providing unmatched Pure Barre customer service to current members. This individual will be responsible for driving sales with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude. You'll thrive in this position with an outgoing personality, high level of organization, and competitive drive.
RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prospect new & existing clients & facilitate the Pure Barre experience
  • Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provide
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, and community events) to promote the studio
  • Drive and retain membership and retail sales
  • Assume responsibility for developing selling skills
  • Meet and/or exceed personal and studio sales goals
  • Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and networking
  • As the face of the studio, welcome clients, check clients into class, navigate point of sale and scheduling software, and process front desk transactions
  • Own the client experience in the studio; resolve client issues
  • Train and Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities
  • Visual merchandising of retail
  • Execute light operational duties such as: ordering supplies, scheduling staff, aiding with social media, and anything other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
  • Warm welcoming and engaging personality
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Must be confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates
  • Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and private training
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
  • Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Must have proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and use the club management software system
  • An affinity and passion for fitness
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public
  • Experience with social media content development preferred
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
  • Authorization to work in the United States required
  • This position is a full-time position that requires availability to work a rotating, weekday and weekend, evening and morning schedule
