The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the Human Resources service area. This position provides professional expertise in all areas of Human Resources and employee labor relations. The HR Director will also oversee DEI training and serve as the Public Relations point person.

Responsibilities include adhering to, following, and implementing Human Resources practices in accordance with state and federal law, Head Start performance standards, the collective bargaining agreement, and any agency employment handbooks or policies and procedures.
