Mission

As the Right Hand to the CEO/COO, your mission is to streamline operations, execute the company's most strategic initiatives, and act as an extension of the CEO/COO.

You will work closely with the C-level to shape the future of lempire and drive the growth of the company.

This is a unique opportunity for you to learn from top leaders and be in the front row of a fast-growing and successful start-up.

Your missions will notably include (not exhaustive):

  • Build impactful presentations/content for podcasts, webinars, events, or internal team communications
  • Perform data analysis on specific business topics in marketing, sales or product
  • Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends
  • Conduct customer interviews and analyze feedback
  • Optimize internal processes and implement tools
  • Engage in strategic decision-making in close collaboration with the C-Suite

Key Results

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of lempire's products, business model, and strategic priorities
  • Identify and begin executing 2–3 major initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with the leadership team and key stakeholders across the company

Within 6 months, you'll have:

  • Successfully led key cross-functional projects, delivering measurable results that contribute to company growth and operational efficiency
  • Become indispensable to the CEO/COO, saving time and improving overall productivity
  • Established excellent collaboration with the C-Suite and team members to handle any type of project

Requirements

  • You live in Paris and can work from the office at least 4 days per week
  • You have a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Preferably, you have experience in B2B startups, VC, consulting, finance, or similar fields
  • You're a versatile professional—a true "Swiss Army knife"
  • You're a doer with a "get things done" mindset—pragmatic and results-driven
  • You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, adaptability, and initiative
  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach
  • You have strong interpersonal skills
  • You're a hard worker, eager to learn and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • You're fluent in written and spoken English; French fluency is a plus
