AI & Machine Learning Manager for Envision Building Products LLC to work at our Lamar, MO location. Telecommuting may be permitted as needed upon request.
Develop & execute strategy to implement AI/ML tech across manufacturing processes. Develop & adapt standard Machine Learning (ML) methods & best practices to design & build complex AI & ML systems. Implement real-time monitoring & optimization algorithms to improve production efficiencies. Provide training & guidance to team on use of AI/ML tech in manufacturing processes. Lead training & adoption efforts for Envision candidates & consumers of information. Contribute to realization of major ML tech capabilities in industry by being responsible for identification, research, & software implementation of these capabilities. Lead tech team to implement ML solutions. Collaborate with other business units. Recommend hire/fire, merit increases, promotions, and job duties to senior management; approve PTO; have direct reports. Little national travel to Envision Building Products LLC’s manufacturing facilities may be involved. Requires physical exam. May undergo background checks including Reference Letters/Reference Checks, drug test, background checks.
MUST HAVE Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field; 3 yrs relevant experience in one of the following: Machine Learning, Natural Language processing, or Ontology Engineering technologies; and required skills. Alternately, must have Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related Engineering, Machine Learning, or related field; 5 yrs relevant experience in one of the following: Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, or Ontology Engineering technologies; and required skills. Required skills include (3 years exp in): Python or R; Tableau or PowerBI; data analytics; predictive analytics; and (2 years exp in): Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence software development/software engineering in Azure. Experience and skills can be gained concurrent with academic studies.
