Job summary:

The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple projects within a global framework, managing cross-functional teams, tracking program progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality, time, and budgetary requirements. The individual will be responsible for program leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, performance tracking and continuous improvement.

Required skills:

Must have 12+ years' experience in program/project management; Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs in a global setting; BIG PLUS - Financial services industry
