Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? This position is responsible for promoting advisory, fee-based program sales by educating Financial Advisors (FAs) on programs offered, providing program recommendations, service and support, developing and facilitating ease of doing business initiatives, assisting the Advisory risk monitoring process, and conducting training programs.This function also acts as a liaison for FAs with internal departments to resolve issues on advisory programs. What will you do? Program Service and Support Support FAs using fee-based programs by providing product expertise and guidance on advisory, fee-based program features, appropriate usage, pricing and tools. Provide guidance to financial advisors with accounts appearing on the investment policy report. Provide active support on helping advisors understand the details of advisory programs and options available to them to support clients. Troubleshoot information flow between operations, sales, portfolio implementation team, program management and other internal partners. Develop relationships with external/internal partners that will enhance service and drive growth in program assets Perform regular program maintenance or monitoring functions and ensure that existing tools, policies and procedures stay updated, working correctly, and remain useful Recruiting Specializing and coordinating the support of onboarding new recruit's advisory practice, including advisory program education and training. Develop process, procedure and tracking of new recruits in order to drive efficiencies Coordinate with partners and internal departments to enable an efficient advisory program onboarding experience. Field Productivity and Training Provide one-on-one and group level product training to FAs and key support staff. Actively assist in the development and implementation of training and education functions for FAs and branch support staff designed to increase productivity and field efficiencies. Proactively organize and facilitate information flow to FAs regarding program changes, enhancements and best practices for fee-based programs. Partner with and promote internal teams by identifying opportunities for synergies and leverage that will further FAs' understanding and efficient use of programs. Assist Advisory Programs Product Management on various projects, as needed What do you need to succeed? Must-have Undergraduate degree in business or finance preferred 3+ years securities or financial markets experience required with knowledge of fee-based business preferred Strong understanding of fee-based platforms and Financial Advisor need Good problem solving skills Strong customer service orientation Nice-to-have Understanding of the retail sales process as it relates to fee based programs Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade colleagues and FAs across the organization. Series 7, 63, 65 or 66 license or ability to get licensed What's in it for you?
