Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Senior Associate to join the Card Programs Team to manage the Credit Score and Merchant Offers programs. In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for helping to identify, size, and in some cases implement new revenue generating opportunities that we identify. The Card Programs Team is responsible for managing revenue generating and cost saving programs that are available to cardmembers.Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Manage vendor(s) responsible for the Merchant Offer program
- Manage Merchant Offer platform migration from current vendor to new vendor
- Create and execute marketing strategy to drive engagement with the Merchant Offers program
- Create and manage go to market strategy for the new Merchant Offers program
- Build roadmap of enhancements to ensure the Merchant Offers program drives card usage and revenue
- Partner with vendor responsible for Credit Score program
- Create and manage roadmap of enhancements and partner with internal teams to execute approved roadmap
- Identify and size opportunities to gain additional revenue from Merchant Offer and Credit Score programs.
- Identify and size new revenue opportunities, and build proposals to socialize for internal alignment and approvals
- Build, maintain, and enhance customer journeys to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue
- Build, maintain, enhance, and monitor reporting and create/maintain forecasts
- Handle issues management and resolution
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience
- 2+ years of Vendor Management experience, including experience with the contracting process
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects through a successful launch
- Proven ability to navigate many different departments and build trust and develop strong relationships to drive consensus and achieve results
- Proven track record of building strategies that drive revenue
- Proven track record of creating analyses with recommendations that were implemented with measurable results
- Proven track record of identifying viable solutions to business problems and implementing them
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Experience creating process flows and procedures documents
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred (Not Required)
- Consumer credit card industry experience.
- Experience using Visio or Lucid Charts, Power BI, SAS, SQL, and Tableau
