Hiipaka LLC Human Resources Manager

The Human Resources Manager serves as the advisor and manager of the organization's full-service human resources management program.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in business administration, personnel and industrial relations, human resources management, or a related field.
2. Five years of experience with human resources management functional areas.
3. Two years of managerial experience involving the planning, organizing, and directing of a full-service human resources management program.
4. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a variety of communication settings to a variety of audiences.
