Who You Are

As an Application Support Analyst , you are responsible for application maintenance and support, evaluating and making recommendations on techniques, practices, process improvements, or technologies that would enhance business needs. You work hard to stay on top of fast-changing technology and invest a lot of energy in learning new tricks. You are caught up on industry trends in web development frameworks, DevSecOps, serverless computing/architecture, and cloud technologies and also anticipate what the near future will bring. You love problem solving and practicing effective and timely communication with your stakeholders. Furthermore:

  • You bring 2+ years of experience in an Application/Technology support role
  • You have experience in IT Service Management
  • You have a good understanding of web-based client-facing applications
  • You have a strong understanding of enterprise architecture patterns and best practices.
  • You have experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppInsight, APIM Catchpoint.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Control-M/ServiceNow/Datastage/Linux
  • You have leadership and organizational skills needed to prioritize assignments, follow through on open issues, and escalate when required

What You’ll Do

As a partner on the InfoSec Service Delivery & Operations team , you will be an integral part of one of our teams focused on critical application support . We cherish and nourish our diverse and inclusive culture and welcome you to help us further grow our community. As an Application Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide input into the performance management process.
  • Assist in supporting a multi-client, multi-vendor systems software/hardware environment by providing technical programming support in the evaluation, acquisition, installation, integration, testing, and monitoring of PC operating system software.
