ROCKWOOL is seeking a bilingual Territory Sales Manager – Florida and Export , preferably based in Orlando or Tampa, FL , to join our team. We look for a true professional with high energy and a proven track record of success in the building materials industry. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and has no direct reports.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Maintain existing business and expanding ROCKWOOL’s position as a major supplier of stone wool insulation to the entire building insulation sector in the territory.
  • Develop and nurture robust business relationships with customers and industry professionals including but not limited to insulation and building material distributors, retail/LBM locations, builders, contractors, and architects.
  • Maintain awareness of local competitive conditions in the assigned area.
  • Achieve established sales and profit goals while operating within the allocated expense budget.

What You Offer:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in Building Materials/Construction Industry
  • Understanding of the commercial construction process, with residential being secondary
  • High drive, commitment, energy, and integrity
  • Strong presentation, training skills, and effective time management
  • Professional communication – both written and oral
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office and CRM
  • Local travel with the ability to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
