Human Resources Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support our factories in Southern Maine. This role will report to the HR Manager at our Hollis location.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide HR support to the Maine Product Supply teams
• Assist in developing and executing the people plan
• Support regional recruiting for front-line and leadership positions
• Manage day-to-day HR responsibilities including employee relations and HR compliance

Key qualifications include:

• 3+ years of experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and staffing
• Strong communication abilities at multiple levels of the organization
• Demonstrated organizational skills for managing multiple priorities
