Senior Analyst (On-Site in Boston, MA)
We're currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our team. This role offers competitive compensation, including a bonus, and great benefits. As a Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for various tasks, including handling the monthly capital close process, preparing entries, and implementing new risk management systems. You'll also collaborate closely with compliance specialists and assist with ad-hoc special projects.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. They should have a basic understanding of general ledger activities, proficiency in Excel, and at least 2 years of experience in commercial real estate. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team are essential for this role.
