As the Tax Transfer Pricing Manager, a national business line role, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of a full range of tax and transfer pricing services for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries and market segments. You’ll collaborate closely with partners and managing directors while teaming with managers, associates, and other teammates from around the globe to help clients identify and solve complex business problems through deploying a wide range of Grant Thornton solutions in a collaborative manner, ensuring quality above all, because together is how we succeed.From day one, you’ll be empowered by formal training opportunities, experiential (on the job) training and access to industry leading expertise to help you develop a broad and deep technical skill set along with increased business acumen to help you achieve more, confidently.Your day-to-day may include:Managing and monitoring multiple client services teams on client engagements; planning, executing, directing, and completing international tax projects; providing innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients; and managing engagements to budgetManaging the delivery of a full range of transfer pricing services, advising U.S. and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their international operations as well as coordinating U.S. tax laws with foreign tax laws to assist in developing an efficient worldwide tax strategyWorking with tax partners and transfer pricing specialists to analyze and resolve international tax and finance issues and consult with clients on a wide range of tax and transfer pricing issuesIncorporating financial information into a proprietary financial model and conducting economic, financial, and accounting analysesMaintaining active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are metConducting primary and secondary review of complicated or complex transfer pricing deliverables to ensure qualityWorking closely with partners, managers, and associates to integrate practice development skills into a team approach to client service and new business developmentOther duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
