RESPONSIBILITIES: • In collaboration with the Program Leaders and Project Managers, assists with budgets, statements of work, deliverables and timelines. Ensures team meets requirements set in these agreements. • Establishes and follows product development processes. • Follows up with program team members to track progress to milestones and track work item progress. • Creates and manages status reports, program dashboards, meeting minutes, and action items. • Assists with establishing program meetings (planning meetings, kickoff meetings, internal meetings, conference calls with extended). Writes meeting minutes for leadership meetings and conference calls. Sets and follows up on meeting actions. • Initiates contact with internal and external contractors and service providers as needed • Creates information management practices to maintain program documents and communications. • Utilizes SharePoint and Teams site to ensure all program documentation is received and stored according to information management practices. • Establish effective and clear communications between program teams on project specific issues. Qualifications • Bachelors degree (preferred) • At least 4 years of experience in R&D project coordination. • Have a good understanding of research and development practices. • Have or quickly gain an understanding of Microsoft Office, Project, Teams, Sharepoint • Competent writing, reporting and communication skills. • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to adapt quickly to the changing demands of the organization
