Fund in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Executive Support/IT Manager for a full-time position!
This is a full-time on-site role for IT Senior Executive Support Manager at our private equity client in New York, NY. The Manager will be responsible for organizing audio and video files from several external hard drives and computers. Individual will provide white glove desktop support for the CEO of the company, who will be based in New York most of the year and the remainder of the time in India. As such, the Manager will need to be cognizant of time differences at certain points of the year. The individual will also need to have regular working knowledge of all the electronics and Wifi at the CEO's place of residence, which is a a short walk from the office.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to work across various teams.

Experience in overseeing IT infrastructure and implementing technology solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Proven ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years of experience in IT management.

Intermediate skill with Apple products (Iphone, Ipad, Watch, TV, Airpods, etc.)

Intermediate skill with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

Working knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or X, Tiktok, etc.)

Working knowledge of Linkedin and Wikipedia

Experience in the film production industry is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
