Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate detailed and accurate project estimates that will guide our success.
  • Conduct insightful on-site observations to inform your estimates.
  • Meet client and manager deadlines with precision and professionalism.
  • Interpret complex plans and repair specifications from engineers and architects.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with OSHA and building code requirements.
  • Engage and qualify subcontractors for specific trade items as needed.
  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters and clients.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to drive project success.
  • Regularly assess job progress and consult with your manager on key decisions.
  • Participate in safety meetings and uphold personal protective equipment protocols.
Key Selection Criteria:
  • A minimum of 8 years in the construction industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and foster collaboration.
  • Strong ability to work harmoniously in a team environment, building relationships and driving collective success.
  • Outstanding ability to tackle challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • A focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders.
  • A thorough understanding of construction methods and safety regulations; reconstruction experience is a plus.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a degree in construction management or equivalent work experience is advantageous.
