Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Land Acquisition Specialist for our client, a leading energy company. This position is part of a growing renewables team, playing a key role in advancing early- to mid-stage development projects. As a Land Acquisition Specialist , you will support the land management process, managing contracts and payments, coordinating with development teams, and ensuring compliance across high-volume renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage landowner payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Track and maintain mineral curative details for large-scale projects in shared Excel workbooks.
  • Coordinate execution of site control documents, including amendments, easements, and terminations.
  • Facilitate the processing and management of mineral agreements and curative work.
  • Utilize Salesforce and SharePoint to track project documents and workflows.
  • Ensure all site control tasks have necessary approvals before execution by landowners.
  • Collaborate with accounting and development teams on payment and contract management.
  • Maintain organized records of landowner agreements and project statuses in internal systems.
  • Manage external contractors for real estate document preparation and recording.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2-3 years of real estate paralegal experience, preferably within renewable energy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/project management software.
  • Texas Notary Public certification is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of real estate contracts and landowner agreements.
  • Ability to manage high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
