Oracle Senior Associate Consultant - Hartford, Connecticut

As a Senior Associate Delivery Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific upgrades, which includes testing, training, and complete client-specific design using appropriate tools. You will also be involved in full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions. A good understanding of the healthcare domain and testing is required, along with knowledge of issue resolution. You should be adept at collaboration activities and support peer associates. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, executing test scripts, reviewing new defects, writing steps to test, outlining information for change requests, and notifying clients of changes in end-user functionality. You will also identify new issues and report them to solution and engagement leadership, leveraging internal and external resources for problem identification and resolution.

Responsibilities

  1. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
  2. Provide implementation process leadership for client work groups.
  3. Complete complex full system solution builds and maintain accountability for build quality score and follow-up actions.
  4. Navigate across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement leadership.
  5. Develop and execute complex test plans and test script execution, following change management processes for new defects.
  6. Establish best practices for knowledge transfer and process improvement.
  7. Assume venue coaching responsibility for other employees.
  8. Support client partners with solution troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge, and engagement support.
  10. Ability to work overtime and/or irregular hours as needed.
  11. Possess proficient coaching, troubleshooting, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  1. 1-3 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
  2. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  3. Demonstrates competence in a minimum of one product or technology area.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  5. Ability to travel as needed.

Range and Benefit Information:

US: Hiring Range: from $21.15 to $54.13 per hour; from $44,000 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
