Brand new search is being kicked off with a growing company who is searching for an entrepreneurially minded professional to help fuel their growth as the company rapidly expands to new locations nationally. Our client is under $50 million in revenue and growing steadily and seeks a strategic analyst to work closely with the executive team to help this company continue to grow and drive efficiencies in the years ahead.
Responsibilities:
- Take the lead on strategic analysis initiatives while working directly with this company’s executive team in the Omaha headquarters and with the heads of each division of the company.
- Tackle a wide array of ad-hoc projects that will constantly challenge and test you, forcing you to learn new things and research new topics as the business grows.
- Stretch your skillset as you will touch more than just finance; you will play a role in helping with merger/acquisition activity, accounting, operations, strategy, and technology as you become a well-rounded leader in the years ahead.
- Collaborate closely with all leaders across the organization; you will be known as the go-to person for strategic projects and will be tasked with “figuring out” complex problems and coming up with impactful solutions.
- Work today as “the analyst” on the team and gain valuable breadth and exposure as you make a measurable impact each week as the business expands.
