Customer Service Specialist - Retail Stores

This position is essential to the success of our retail stores. Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction while meeting sales goals.

• Provide excellent sales service and assist customers in person and over the phone
• Build trust relationships with customers and process sales transactions
• Maintain work order files, stock shelves, and set up displays
• Pull and tint products to customer specifications, and assist with deliveries and inventory control

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
• Ability to retrieve material, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
• High School diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
• Previous experience selling and tinting paint products
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
