Director – Operations & IT

Position Overview

This position would head the Central Loan Operations and IT, reporting to the General Manager. We are looking for a person who has headed Consumer and SME Lending Operations with in-depth knowledge of Lending Systems in a bank or a finance company in Saudi Arabia / GCC for about 3 years and would have about 10 – 12 years of total experience.

Responsibilities

The company follows a fully outsourced IT Services model. The position would be responsible for:

1. Managing the IT Service provider
2. Supervising the Operations and Administration functions

Qualifications

A relevant graduate degree is a must.
