Job Summary:

Responsible to develop innovative solutions to deliver customer outcomes and drive growth while managing company risk/reward. Intermediate level professional positions requiring subject matter knowledge and experience, more independence in problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end-to-end financial support for programs. Analysts must know the requirements of their internal customers and provide useful, timely data to assist in the decision-making process.
  2. Meet with PMs monthly or more frequently to provide the financial analysis of program status.
  3. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes by performing analyses.
  4. Develop program financial plans as required.
  5. Focus on department priorities within the business unit.
  6. Support other special projects within the finance group as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Finance). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Risk Management.

Desired Characteristics:

  1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  2. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  3. Proficient with Microsoft Office products possessing advanced Excel knowledge.
  4. Experience with SAP is highly preferred.
  5. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  6. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
