Job Summary

The Origin Investments marketing department is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the successful candidate will oversee, manage, and optimize our digital operations and MarTech stack (including Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics) to drive better business results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is dedicated to achieving measurable results. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple projects, ensure the effective integration and deployment of technology and automation, optimize tools, accurately track data, and maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and administer marketing automation in Marketo and Salesforce
  • Oversee the daily execution of digital marketing programs and campaigns to ensure high quality and timely completion
  • Own tools and processes to enhance lead progression through the funnel for optimized conversion
  • Develop and manage the overall operational strategy for attribution, tracking, and marketing performance reporting
  • Manage data and analytics
  • Collaborate with marketing, Investor Relations, and Investor Services teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
  • Conduct regular campaign ROI analysis and provide insights to executive stakeholders
  • Work with marketing team members on strategy, distribution processes, and campaign testing
  • Manage data within marketo and Salesforce and maintain a clean database

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing automation systems and process design
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong working knowledge of Marketo, Google Analytics and marketing technology trends
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce
  • Proficiency in data and analytics, including database setup and cleanup, funnel analysis, campaign ROI analysis, and pipeline reporting
  • Expertise in designing workflow strategies and processes
