What You Will Do:
Responsible party for new business growth opportunities for ChampionX Rod Lift, in the region.
Will recommend and implement strategic actions.
Build key business initiatives and plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product leaders to identify strategies targeting growth.
Oversee the analysis, measurement, and tracking of market sales potential across multiple product lines.
Champion new growth and product ideas; oversee special projects that have cross regional or cross business implications.
Develop processes and procedures to understand competition and input to market lead pricing propositions for designated areas.
Advise and consult with internal business partners on business development initiatives and plans.
Present business development reports to sales leadership.
Develop annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to organizational objectives.
Know and enforce compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Drive and contribute to the department’s continuous improvement culture.
Maintain confidentiality of all matters.

Minimum Qualifications:
Four year college or university degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent education and/or experience.

10 years of experience in sales, marketing or relevant experience.
5 years of leadership experience.
Valid driver's license in state of residence required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Sales ability, persuasiveness and collaboration.
Motivate sales force to meet and exceed goals.
Comfortable traveling
Strong math skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to use a customer relationship management (CRM) system (i.e. SalesForce.com).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the oil and gas industry, with an emphasis on Artificial Lift.
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
