Description
Tony's Coffee is the Pacific Northwest's original craft coffee roaster. More than fifty years after opening our doors, we're still an independent, family-owned company. We believe in constantly learning and never settling. We want to do good in the world and make coffee more sustainable while we're at it. That's why all of our coffees are roasted in our green-powered, carbon neutral roastery.
The eCommerce team at Tony's fulfills direct-to-consumer and drop-ship orders through our webstore and affiliate digital platforms. Members of the eCommerce team prepare and package orders and provide excellent customer service. In addition, they work with the rest of the eCommerce and other teams to monitor needed supplies and packaging, keep our warehouse tidy, and improve workflow in a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Packing up to 80 unique orders per day accurately.
Helping promote an inclusive and safe work environment.
Assisting with creative problem solving and workflow adjustments as they arise.
Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and consistent in task completion.
An ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative or team setting.
Must be able to lift 20lb.
Must be able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
