Relationship Manager (Advisor Services)| Wheaton, IL
Our client, a ~10bn Financial Services firm is seeking a Relationship Manager to join their team, responsible for fostering and managing relationships with Financial Advisors utilizing their Turn Key Asset Management Platform (TAMP).
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of contact for Advisors, offering guidance on the TAMP services and addressing inquiries
Cultivate/nurture strong relationships with Advisors, understanding their business objectives and requirements
Proactively facilitate the investment process for Advisors and their clients, supporting them throughout the lifecycle of their business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and support of Advisors on the TAMP
Provide training and educational resources to Advisors on the tools, products, and services offered
Work closely with cross-functional teams to incorporate Advisor feedback and market insights
Monitor/analyze Advisor performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices related to TAMPs
Undertake other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
