Job DescriptionA customer of Insight Global in the Tallassee, AL area is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that both incoming materials and outgoing products meet the highest quality standards. Working closely with the production manager, the Manufacturing Engineer will oversee work processes to ensure the facility meets its cycle goals.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the production manager to manage and improve quality control processes.Oversee the quality of incoming materials and outgoing products.Work with vendors and customers to ensure quality standards are met.Monitor and manage work processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to cycle goals.Collaborate with the director of engineering and director of operations to establish manufacturing standards in this new facility.Compensation:$60,000/yr to $85,000/yrBenefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
