Role Description:
As an Agile Trainer/ Coach , you must have at least 8+ years of experience.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Expertise in Agile Practices: Profound knowledge of various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP (Extreme Programming) is essential.
- Coaching Skills: Ability to coach teams and individuals at all levels—from executives to development teams—on Agile principles and practices.
- Mentoring Capabilities: Ability to mentor roles like Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches, providing guidance and support to strengthen their capabilities in their respective roles.
- Strategic Planning: Skills in strategic planning for Agile transformations, including setting vision, objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Training Skills: Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions tailored to the audience’s needs and learning styles.
- Deep understanding of multiple Agile frameworks: Mastery over frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe to tailor approaches to best fit the organizational context.
- Agile Scaling Expertise: Knowledge of how to scale Agile practices in large organizations, particularly government settings.
- Technical Background: While not always necessary, a background in IT or software development can provide a better understanding of the teams' challenges and workflows.
- Experience in Jira: Tool experience and expertise in using Jira in Agile Scrum/Kanban.
Education: Any/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience
Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
Travel: Expenses reimbursed 50-60% travel
Local Preferred: Yes
Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
