Settlement Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Settlement Negotiator with expertise in personal injury to join our legal team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in negotiating personal injury settlements, and ensuring fair and equitable resolutions for clients. This is an on-site position that offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients to reach favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead negotiations with insurance companies, defense attorneys, and other parties in personal injury cases.
• Assess and evaluate personal injury claims to ensure accurate settlement amounts.
• Communicate with clients regarding case updates and potential settlement options.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Settlement Negotiator or in a similar role, with a strong focus on personal injury cases.
• Deep understanding of personal injury law and settlement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Spanish language skills are a strong plus, but not required.
