Pay Range: $60 - $68/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Global Head of Privacy and Data Protection in implementing the Global Privacy and Data Protection Policy and framework.
  • Assist with elements of the privacy compliance framework including undertaking privacy review of high-risk businesses, assisting in the completion of the record of processing activities, dealing with privacy incidents and data subject access requests.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments to evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards, identify risks and advise on mitigating actions that should be taken.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in the area of data protection and privacy
  • Partner with control and oversight groups to create, maintain, test, and monitor best practices for privacy protection controls.


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Skills- Data Privacy/Protection, GDPR, Data Policies and Frameworks.
  • 3-5 years' experience, preferably operating in a global privacy and data protection environment.
  • Relevant legal and/or privacy qualification desirable.
  • Familiarity with privacy protection laws throughout the *** footprint.
  • Direct experience working in financial services is highly desired.
  • Experience or familiarity with conducting privacy risk assessments.
  • Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders to identify privacy risks/trends and stay abreast of new products/initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Develops solutions to problems, checking where appropriate with senior management.
  • Committed to thinking and acting with integrity and honesty.
