Radiation Oncologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Radiation Oncologist with a minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience and board certification in radiation oncology. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in external beam radiotherapy (EBRT), including but not limited to intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), and stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of radiation therapy.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT in treatment protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to patient needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in radiation oncology and participate in continuing education.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
  

• Education: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification: Board certified in Radiation Oncology.
• Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in radiation oncology.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in EBRT techniques, including IMRT, IGRT, and SBRT, with specific expertise in SBRT for the treatment of lung cancer.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Documentation: Provide a curriculum vitae (CV) detailing current and previous experience in radiation oncology, focusing on specialized training and clinical experience with SBRT.
