Job Title: HP OpenView Administration
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Employment Type: Full Time Permanent
Qualifications
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT.
Preferred:
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes.
- Good experience on HP OpenView administration, including installation and configuration of OVO agents on client machines, troubleshooting of OVO related issues, configuration, agent troubleshooting, template customization, and administration.
- HP BSM (OMi) Administration and support, including event flow management, working with event handling mechanism (TBEA, correlation, suppression, etc.), and creating workspaces/dashboard in BSM/OMi.
- Analytical and communication skills.
- Project and talent management experience.
- Experience with project management.
