Location : 2-3x/week hybrid in Louisville, Colorado

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product strategy, vision, roadmap, and pricing for their product line(s). This individual will ensure products delivered meet market needs and generate a positive ROI for GHX. This role will be reporting to the Executive Director of Software Engineering and will regularly engage with cross-functional leaders.

Success in this role will be defined byKey Performance Indicators (KPIs): Escalation reduction and increased Requirement Accuracy, Predictive outcomes with Integration Implementations, Training Impact & Client Satisfaction and ERP Effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expectation Management: Client and Internal Expectations, Risk Management & Escalation Management.
  • ERP Research, Innovation and Training: Market Research, Solution Design, Training to design and deliver educational programs & provide ongoing support to clients and implementation.
  • Influencing Product Roadmaps: Feedback Integration, Strategic Input & Continuous Improvement.
  • Lead sales, product owners, and engineering team members to develop top-quality products by serving as a leader between customers/sales and engineering
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps influencing our business and our customers
  • Analyze the competition, and market trends, then define and execute on strategies to be the market leader
  • Define, drive, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with the corporate strategy, as well as new and existing capabilities
  • Partner closely with engineering to prioritize work to be done based on market demands and maximizing benefit to the business
  • Lead the development of value propositions and sales tools to be used by the sales team
  • Work closely with marketing and brand on external messaging and naming for product
  • Lead cross-functional rollout and go-to-market of products and new feature sets
  • Train all customer-facing employees on product details, value proposition, and sales techniques
  • Serve as the technical expert on your product while working directly with customers (jointly with sales) both to assist sales in closing deals and to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Work with sales and finance to accurately build business cases to forecast and monitor the success of products, and use these measures to drive product strategy
  • Set and regularly evaluate product pricing using best-in-class pricing strategies
  • Effectively negotiate for your product through any internal prioritization processes
  • Ensure legal requirements are met, and any risks are mitigated through collaboration with legal

Required Education, Certifications, And Experience

  • Bachelors or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum of 2 (preferred 4+) years of experience supporting or mentoring small to mid-size teams.
  • Minimum of 8 (preferred 10+) years of experience in customer facing or customer implementations roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products/platforms.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise integration technologies, including APIs, microservices, ETL, and data integration tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, executives, and team members at all levels.

Estimated salary range: $122,000 - $163,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
