Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Yuma, AZ

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - AHA or APEX
**Must-Have:** EPIC experience required; experience with titratable drips
**Job Description:**
- Provide nursing care for patients with cardiac conditions, including CHF, NSTEMI, MI, and heart block.
- Care for post-surgical patients, such as those recovering from TAVR, CABG, and Watchman procedures.
- Experience with general PCU overflow cases: respiratory failure, low blood pressure, low hemoglobin, and sepsis.
- Manage and titrate medications such as amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, heparin, nitro, and insulin.
- Work collaboratively with charge nurses to maintain a balanced schedule, taking into account travelers' requests.
- Ensure accurate patient monitoring and data entry using the EPIC system.
- Participate in 1 day of clinical education for unit/department-specific orientation.
- Weekend and holiday work may be required as per organizational policy.
- Potential for floating to ICU and medical-surgical floors as needed.
- Adhere to the dress code by wearing navy blue scrubs.
- Maintain patient safety and quality care standards consistently.
