The Work:

The Delivery Lead takes overall accountability for delivery of one or more projects and programs at the client.

What you need:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Delivery Lead
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience acting as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager to develop and refine backlogs, and User Stories.
  • Experience with Agile frameworks, specifically: Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Experience mobilizing new Agile projects and teams including developing Product Vision, Roadmap and establishing working agreements
  • Familiar with basic principles of agile software engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, BDD)
  • Secret Clearance requirement

Bonus Points if you have:

  • ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • PMP certification

Eligibility Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen that can obtain or currently possess an Active Secret clearance or higher.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$83,000 — $178,300 USD
