Description Position Summary: The E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing excellent customer service to online shoppers, in store pick-up customers, and 3rd party shipping vendors at Goodwill-Easter Seals' e-commerce facility. This position provides guidance to customers for in-person customer pickups and online customer questions. Operations: Ensures E-Commerce's customer service activity runs efficiently and effectively. People Management: Coaches, trains and develops employees by providing clear direction and challenging goals. Services and Programs: Ensures continued community involvement and education around GESMN. Safety & Asset Protection: Follows and adheres to loss prevention and safety procedures and initiatives. About You: Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, employees and customers Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service. Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritize. Strong attention to detail.
