Recruiting Program Manager – New Business

What this job involves –

JLL’s New Business Talent Acquisition group is looking to expand our team. Our team is project-focused and consultative throughout the Recruiting process. We build new and expanding teams within our Work Dynamics division, which includes a variety of functions – facilities management, maintenance & engineering, human experience, business operations, and more – on a national level. What is your day to day?

The Recruiting Program Manager is an internal client-facing role supporting our Work Dynamics business. As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for data analytics, developing and executing recruitment strategies, supporting new sales in the proposal process and creating recruiting pipelines for supply and demand purposes. This role will guide and coach other team members and support teams to successfully meet staffing KPI’s .

  • You will manage the new business pipeline recruitment needs- sourcing, screen and identifying candidates for new business proposals and wins
  • Act as a liaison to the business by providing dedicated recruitment support
  • Pull weekly reports to share recruitment status updates and progress for account leadership team
  • Engage directly with our leadership team members to further define scope of requirements and needs
  • Develop an understanding of the client team structure, dynamics, and industry challenges
  • Leverage recruiting tools and resources to source diverse talent
  • Utilize data to inform decision making and influence strategy
  • Build relationships quickly by demonstrating your ability to produce results
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and the ability to interface with and influence senior executives


Desired experience and technical skills

Required

  • Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in an agency or high-volume corporate environment
  • Exhibit a passion for diversity and have a track record of generating creative ideas to bring diverse hires to an organization
  • Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously
  • Tech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs
  • Team player who can also work independently and multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, manage changing priorities, and work with a sense of urgency

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
