We are seeking to hire a Functional Analyst IV who will support the Government by designing and supporting all forms of experimentation, and other analytical events, enabling the study of current, and future warfare concepts and determining and identifying capability gaps in both the current and future forces. The team will perform specific tasks in the following areas: Core Army Concept Development Experimentation Plan Support, Experiment Planning, Scenario Development Support, Modeling and Simulation Support, Studies and Analysis, Science and Technology and Prototyping.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the conduct of thorough analyses of experiment/exercise directives and objectives to provide orientation and focus for experimentation.
- Work in close coordination with Government personnel when determining information collection requirements and identifying specific tasks to be observed.
- Coordinate with the experiment/exercise support teams and customers, including other military agencies, industrial partners, and educational institutions as appropriate to facilitate the planning and execution of experimentation efforts.
- Provide support in determining and overseeing the synchronization of scenario execution, collection of information, and report preparation.
- Support the preparation and conduct of experiments or exercises.
- Support the preparation of scenarios and operations plans.
Required Skills:
- The Contractor shall possess a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited college or university and at least twenty(20) years of experience serving in a U.S. military agency as a military or civilian in progressively responsible command and staff positions.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experimentation experience serving in a Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) or AFC Battle Lab as a military or civilian can be substituted for five (5) years of the U.S. military agency experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with service or joint doctrine, including combat, combat support, and combat service support operations.
- Minimum of six (6) years’ experience with service or joint staff’s organization, functions, and procedures.
- Minimum of six (6) years of experiences with service or joint organizations, operations, and exercises at levels comparable to the Army Corps.
